  My method is unlike any other you will have come across

                                                               

                          

If you had you would certainly not be reading this now.  Stop rolling your eyes and keep reading...LOL......I know how you feel completely.  Instead of insisting you stop smoking my method actually fully endorses it........to a point and for a distinct purpose.  It has none of the drawbacks of quitting cold turkey, the stigma of quitting and pressure of having to succeed, anxiety, depression, nervousness, certain emotional states that aren't nice to yourself or others, and that list could be added to easily and almost endlessly.  It has none of the financial and using your free time drawbacks of having to quit smoking using other products of dubious helpfulness.  It doesn't cost you time and money for sessions at a doctors, hypnotherapists, self help groups,  it requires exactly NONE of the above.  In fact it is the cheapest and most effective method I have ever found over many attempts at reducing the number I smoke to indeed quitting.  I found every other one of the others above unhelpful.                              

                                        

         So I had to develop my own.  It took me many attempts but over time and disapointment I happened to make it simpler and underthought it and voila.  Its so simple and easy its quite brilliant...Like most great ideas it was almost by accident, happy coincidence and of course..... luck and I call it  PSEUDO SMOKING.  My method does require you to want to succeed, but even that isn't really a prerequisite due to the fact that if you follow the crucial steps, to at least step 9 ( very, very straight forward ). Persist over another 3 months you will find you actually smoke a small fraction of what you used to and in 6 months can just stop smoking if you choose to.  This is a lifestyle and smoking method change.  It requires concentration for every cigarette, every drag,  you are changing an automatic habit to one exacly the opposite. It must be maintained ( Easier and easier over time ) for it to be effective long term.  Longer term and you can simply stop smoking when the taste no longer gives you satisfaction.  As I will indeed do.

 

                              What my method does which NO other does is it empowers YOU to choose.

 

 

         This is exactly what happened for me,  I fully intended to try my very left field approach to reduce my smoking habit down to something affordable, 30 a day instead of 40+.  I seriously enjoy a cigarette and still do 6 months on, although its pseudo smoked in a very satisfying manner for taste or I'd have simply stopped smoking  completely by now.   My method has almost none of the pitfalls and a complete by product, that you easily reduce your habit to such a point that you can simply stop when you can't be bothered anymore.  Its for this reason I have gone to the effort of this web page.  I seriously couldn't stop thinking about how EASY my method actually is.  How much it could assist others, especially the working classes, the financially challenged,  and the others that have simply been unable to quit using any other method....Pseudo smoking could easily stick it up those that have unfairly criticized, berated, belittled, sneered at and profited massively from our unfortunate, legal nicotine addiction/smoking habit.

            You do NOT have to stop cold turkey, if you feel like a cigarette you can *pseudo smoke* one

            You do NOT use any nicotine replacement products.

            Permanently reducing smoking or quitting is NOT as difficult as you are led to believe

            There is nothing extra you need to buy

            Nicotine addiction is very easily overcome.

            Quitting smoking becomes a very simple step, once the situational habit has ALSO been addressed.

            It is not rocket science, absolutely anyone can achieve the result they want.

            It enables you achieve your own goals, without any pressure.

            No-one will know you are trying to quit unless you want them to.

            There are few, if any, withdrawal symptoms.   

            Your respiratory health will improve markedly.

            Your financial health will improve significantly.

            Your doctor will have to treat you like a human being.

 

Cons For at least a month you will have to focus on how you smoke every cigarette.

             The above means no day dreaming and no concentrating on/doing other tasks while having a cigarette.

             This includes, while driving, while social drinking, while on the phone, any activity where you hold the cigarette  between your lips while doing something else. Or any other activity where you need to have your concentration elsewhere.  It is important...ok?????

             Your Dentist still won't treat you like a human being

             You have quite a bit of reading to do

             You may feel grateful enough a bit later on, due to how much you save, to make a donation.

             I really can't think of anything else, It really is all positive, not negative at all.

     My thoughts as to why stopping smoking perceived as being so difficult when there is no need for it to be

 

           Truth is, nicotine is hardly an issue at all.  Of course it is a part of the problem but only because it is seen as the major reason and therefore most methods to stop smoking are largely working from the wrong end.  Reasoning :- My lovely wife ( a heavy smoker at the time ) went to hospital for a minor operation and after 3 weeks in a coma and another 2 months recuperating in hospital, no cigarettes at all in that time....guess what?...yep she still wanted a smoke after a little while at home, which she didn't get of course, but this took a few months to resolve.   Still at times she wants cigarette now 6 years on.  So nicotine isn't the real issue all would have you believe, its just the scapegoat.  So if its not nicotine after a short time then it has to be situational habit.  If you think about it it makes perfect sense.  Smoking for many years was acceptable ( yes it was ) in the workplace, down the pub, hospital, very nearly anywhere you went you could smoke and no-one would bat an eye. So for nearly every activity you took part in ( over years thousands ) if you were a smoker it was the norm to smoke before, during and/or after.  Brains are very adaptable, and when all situations and activities involve nicotine then of course your brain reminds you that it normally gets a nicotine hit about now and now and now, etc so the association and the urge for a smoke becomes strong.  Think a spider and its web, ( or in this case a cigarette(nicotine) in a web)  more on that analogy later on.  So what is everyone elses solution to how you stop smoking?????  Either give the brain no nicotine so it complains very loudly ( nagging mrs like ) or the alternative feed the brain small doses of nicotine CONSTANTLY with patches or similar...Ok, for the strong willed who never ever get bored for a few months that will work, but for the rest of us its a revolving door....but is it?

So there has to be an easier way and there is.

 

Why is this so??

 

These days its really tough being a smoker, being treated like a virtual leper and right royally fleeced financially with tax and excise.

As part of this I wondered, if its so bad then why is quitting made out to be so difficult in the first place?  Quit smoking advertising definitely works against itself.  Self defeating in so many ways to encourage and promote the difficult aspects of quitting smoking.  This is UNLIKE any other form of advertising that always focus on the the ease of use, the benefits, and NEVER, EVER  the poorer points.  Everything I came up with kept centering on one thing.........MONEY. 

The tobacco industry and the alcohol industry are a cash cow, a massive one for????  You're on the internet, go and amaze yourself who makes the money and just how much money that is................I'll start you off, on one pack of cigarettes, the tax component in Australia is in excess of 60% of the retail price.  Many other countries have a higher rate.  From just me smoking so much less now ( you can too, using my very easy method ) in effect costs my government $90.00 pw in lost taxation revenue.  Draw your own conclusions from that.................All I know is that money I am saving is far better spent on my families needs than going into government coffers.

Cost of petrol, electricity and food rising astronomically over recent times and wages not meant something had to be done.

                            Nothing perceived as being so difficult should be as easily solved as this, but quitting smoking now IS

                                            ........by applying a remarkably simple solution, PSEUDO SMOKING..........

 

 

          Basically if you can drink water from a suitable container you can reduce, stop or quit smoking for good ( the choice is entirely yours) with none of the drawbacks of other methods (that I am currently aware of )

                  This is a method that I developed with trial and error and refined that has worked an absolute treat for ME, far exceeding any expectations I may have had at the beginning.  I had NO intention of quitting smoking at all as I really do enjoy a cigarette, just aimed to reduce the number I smoked to save some money ( WOW, did I ever )..  So to have reduced from 40+ per day to between 0 and 5 per day ( completely by my choice, no longer any craving or need WITHOUT withdrawal symptoms )  was to my complete amazement.  For me, in Australia that's a $ saving of around $150.00 per week.  I am sharing this in the hope it may assist others in reducing their smoking habit to whatever level they wish it to be up to and hopefully including completely stopped.  Please remember this is costing you nothing extra aside from some effort and concentration on your behalf, and without most of the pitfalls.  If you choose to make a donation it will be due to my method enabling you to spend far less on cigarettes if anything at all.  For an even moderate smoker this is around $5000 per year saving, so a not unreasonable request.

              I am NOT interested in derogatory comments or opinions from those who do not believe its possible to do this.      .  Yes I am mainly directing this to reformed or non smokers who believe only what they have been told and/or had the misfortune to quit smoking in the "normal, difficult ways. ( The world was also believed to be flat once )  Congratulations that you could though, you rock for that at least.   Personally I like the no greater cost, withdrawal free, gentle and simple method I am going to detail.  I live by the motto WHAT IS  ........ IS, and as a golfer firmly believe in ITS HOW MANY....not the HOW that matters I am interested in what your opinions are ( for or against ) ONLY if you have taken the time to give it a go and see if it works for you.  A go means for at LEAST 6 weeks.  If it doesn't help you I appreciate your efforts and am interested in your experience, but not before at least 4 weeks has passed unless you need assistance, in which case I will do my utmost to help in a reasonable time.   Please be sure the answer you require isn't already able to be found on this site.
